El rechazo se dio por cuanto el escrito de corrección tampoco logró satisfacer los requisitos de claridad, certeza, especificidad y suficiencia y se limitó a reiterar los mismos argumentos de la demanda, sin concretar el contenido de la acusación.
Por considerar que los razones expuestas por el Magistrado Ponente en el auto recurrido tienen pleno fundamento constitucional, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decide CONFIRMARLO en su integridad.

- SEGUNDO. Contra esta providencia no cabe recurso alguno.
